What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is no public transportqaion available. There is parking on Castle grounds at the Brewbaker entrance building. A short walk across the parking lot to the lodgings and castle.
Is it casual dress or formal?
The 5:00 show is dressy but casual, while we hope you can come in semi formal garb to honor the celebration and occasion, we won't keep you from enjoying the concert if you dont.

What's the refund policy?
48 hours notice is a full refund
If the event is cancelled, a rain check will be issued for the same concert on another date, to your email address.
If you have any questions or did not receive your refund, please call 815-732-6111. The castle must be notified 48 hours prior to the booking date if you choose to cancel your reservation.
Refunds wil be responded to within 5 business days.
