A Community Education Seminar
Guest Speaker Randi Belisomo from WGN- TV presents Life Matters, a 2 part presentation on Starting the Conversation and Securing You Preferences. Attendees will come to realize what potentially stands as a barrier between identifying and communicating end of life preference, our own healthcare and how to translate this to loved ones. Attendees will come to understand the different types of advanced directives, how to select the best proxy decision maker, and to leagalize your care directive. All issues related to End of Life.
